To delete your recorded data:

1. Go to the record page in the app
2. Select the data you want to delete on the record page
3. Click the delete icon below to delete the data
Once you delete data, you cannot recover it.
After you delete your data, we may still retain some of the recorded data, but we will unlink the data from any identifying information, so your account will no longer be linked to that data.
To delete your account:
You have the right to ask us to delete or deactivate the account you created. You can contact us through the message page of this website (shop.jingletek.com) or directly via email (contact@jingletek.com).
Before we deactivate your account, we have the right to ask you to provide reasonable information to verify your identity, and we will try our best to respond to your request and delete the information.
